The seminar registration fee is $175 per person, which includes a continental breakfast, lunch, program materials and cocktail reception, but DOES NOT INCLUDE the additional Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education credit fee, if applicable (see information below discussing CLE credits).

CLE INFORMATION (for attorneys only)
Attending this seminar will satisfy six hours of required CLE credit (six hours substantive, or five hours substantive/one hour ethics, depending upon which sessions you choose to attend). This program is approved in Pennsylvania and sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Law School Center on Professionalism. Representatives from the Center on Professionalism will be available on-site at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. For attorneys requesting Pennsylvania CLE credit, there is a fee of $75 per person in addition to the $175 seminar registration fee.

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of six credit hours, of which one credit hour can be applied toward the Ethics and Professionalism requirement. There is no additional fee for New York CLE credit.
